ALL HOODIES BOUGHT DURING ANY SALE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. FINAL SALE = no returns. During a sale items are largely discounted and they cannot be returned. You can do anything you want to make your hoodie work for you, maybe even giving it to a friend in need.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. We will gladly refund an UNWORN hoodie that is not damaged. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Jann at studiojannmarie.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the returned hoodie has been received and inspected we will then issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the payment method. There is a $5 restocking fee for all refunded hoodies.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange an UNWORN hoodie WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email Jann at studiojannmarie.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the hoodie has been received and inspected we will ship your new hoodie right back to you. There is a $5 restocking fee for all exchanges.
We will happily replace items if they are manufacturer defected or have been damaged from shipping.
